No performance times have been set as of August 6th. Will update this as soon as we have a schedule. Generally, for marching competitions we ask families to block out the entire day.
Typically our schedule will look like:
8:00a - Call Time - Get Dressed
8:15a - Warm-up in Sectionals
8:45a - Full Ensemble Warm-Up
9:15a - Full Ensemble Music Rehearsal
10:00a - Visual Warm-Up & Stretch (Choreo Block)
10:45a - Review Drill in the Stadium
11:45a - Run-Through for Parent Volunteers to know where equipment/props go (WE NEED PARENTS TO HELP AT PERFORMANCES)
12:00p - Eat before we leave
1:00p - Load busses & Trailers
1:45p - Leave for MVHS
2:00p - Arrive and Unload at MVHS
2:45p - Visual Warm-up
3:15p - Music Warm-Up
3:45p - ESTIMATE PERFORMANCE #1
4:00p - On-Field Clinic
4:30p - Watch other bands perform
5:30p - Eat in the Parking Lot - Boosters provide dinner (WE NEED PARENTS TO HELP)
6:00p - Learn order of performance for the evening
7:00p - Visual Warm-up
7:30p - Music Warm-up
8:00p - Performance #2 (POSSIBLY)
8:30p - Watch Other Bands
9:30p - Load Trailer & Busses
10:15p - Depart for MHS
10:35p - Unload & Put Everything Away
11:15p - Dismissal
